Exchange and Return

At VINH LÊ, each piece is handmade in small quantities using limited fabrics and artisan craftsmanship. Because of this, we offer a 7-day return window (store credit/exchange only) for eligible items. Please review the policy before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns (7 Days)

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


2. Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Custom sizing and tailored pieces
  • Preorder items
  • Made-to-measure garments
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Any item worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

These pieces are produced in limited quantities or specially made for you, and therefore cannot be returned.


3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email our Customer Care team:

In your message, include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

If your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A Return Authorization
  • Instructions for returning your item
  • The correct return address (Vietnam or USA warehouse, depending on the product)

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • You must ship the item back to the address provided (Vietnam or USA).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued as store credit.
  • You will receive a Refund Confirmation email.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return does not meet all conditions, it will be sent back to you and the refund will be declined.


6. Exchanges

Due to small-batch production and limited quantities, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item or size, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. Refund Not Received?

If you have received a Refund Confirmation but do not see the funds:

  1. Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times vary).
  2. If they cannot locate the refund, email our Customer Care team for assistance.
