QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER

Cancel or Change an Order

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within a few minutes of placing it at studio@byvinhle.com.
Once your order has entered processing, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Order Declined

If your order is declined, please double-check that all entered information is correct. If everything appears accurate, we recommend contacting your card issuer.
If the issue continues, please reach out to our Customer Care team at studio@byvinhle.com.

Missing Order Confirmation Email

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email within one hour, please check your spam or junk folders, or search for messages from studio@byvinhle.com.
If you still can’t locate it, contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

Order Status

To check your order status, log in to your account and visit the “My Orders” section.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email after checkout, followed by a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPMENT

Shipping Times & Fees

We ship all orders directly from Vietnam or USA.

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery 10–15 business days.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note:

  • All orders are pre-order and will be shipped within 1–2 weeks after your order is placed, unless otherwise stated.
  • If delivery fails, the courier will make additional attempts depending on local policy.

Changing Shipping Address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.

Vinh Lê accepts all payment methods supported by Shopify, including (but not limited to):
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and other region-specific options available at checkout.
